Jacob the Jeweler Arabo’s The Moscow and Egypt Collection

A legend in the fine timepiece and diamond industry, Jacob the Jeweler has become synonymous with, innovative and customized design for both their diamond jewelry and timepiece collections.

At the Basel Watch Fair in 2007, Jacob & Co. established itself as a force in fine watch making with the unveiling of their limited edition Manhattan timepiece, a world-first and must-have for the fashionable-set of New York City.

Natural extensions of the successful Manhattan, the works of art have been re-imagined featuring two new geographical landscapes, Moscow and Egypt. The Moscow’s sophisticated stainless steel case is adorned with 498 brilliant-cut white diamonds or for a more understated choice 202 brilliant-cut white diamonds while its unique dial reflects Jacob the Jeweler Arabo’s expertise in gem-setting. It features 8 of Moscow’s well known landmarks including Bolshoie Theater, Moscow University, Cathedral of Christ, Tsar Bell Moscow, The Tsar Canon, Saint Basil Cathedral, Tretyakov Building, and Triumphal Gates. All buildings are set on the dial which is crafted in 269 brilliant-cut white diamonds (or 24 brilliant-cut white diamonds) and 132 brilliant-cut rubies. The sleek, 3-dimensional effect exudes both high fashion and modern luxury – mirroring Moscow’s opulence.

A feat of architecture and design, the Egypt features 8 iconic Egyptian buildings: The Egyptian Museum, The Sphinx, Mohammed Ali Mosque, Aswan Hight Dam, Pyramid of Giza, Alexandria Lighthouse, and Alexandria Library. The dial is set in 112 brilliant-cut white diamonds, as well as 268 brilliant-cut brown diamonds which pay homage to Egypt’s terrain. An engraved stainless steel case and alligator strap with a Jacob & Co. logo deployment buckle gives way to a lustrous yet masculine timepiece suitable for the most fashionable of travelers.

Jacob & Co., the luxury timepiece and diamond jewelry house, was founded over 25 years ago in New York City. After years of designing for private clients, Jacob Arabo had established a sterling reputation with leaders in the entertainment industries allowing the company to launch their flagship store in New York City in 2004.

Jacob & Co. has solidified their position as one of the world’s leading luxury watch and jewelry houses with the introduction of the legendary Five Time Zone technology and complicated movements, such as the Quenttin, revolutionary 31-day power reserve. The brand continues their dedication to the highest standards of craftsmanship, design and innovation, offering the finest quality Swiss made timepieces and precious jewelry for both men and women. The Jacob & Co. collections are currently sold world-wide.
